Michael NIZZERO, Chef

Michael Nizzero is a 28yr old Belgian Chef who joins us from The Waterside Inn, Berkshire, UK. Chef Nizzero spent 4 years at the prestigious 3 Michelin starred Waterside Inn as First Sous-chef, under Grand-chefs Michel and Alain Roux.

Previous to this he was Head Chef of Pisces Restaurant, Madinat Jumeirah, Dubai. Under his guardianship this restaurant was awarded best seafood restaurant in Dubai 3 years in a row.

After graduating from catering school in Brussels, Chef Nizzero was an apprentice in Restaurant Jean Pierre Bruneau. With that experience he was fortunate to earn a place on the team of Chef Pascal Proyart at Restaurant One O One in London's Knightsbridge. This experience opened the gateway to his success in Dubai.

Throughout his career Chef Michael has chosen to do stages in many fine restaurants, such as Comme Chez Soi, The Sea Grill and Le Calandre, to enable him to learn new ways of working, and to learn about different produce and new ideas.
