• 9h30-10h00: Welcome to the Champagne House- Informations on the Champagne region
• 10h00-11h00: Presentation of the wine elaboration and different Champagne grapes.
• 11h00-12h00: Definition of your blend style, and creation of your custom assembly.
• Possibility to purchase your vintage Champagne 2 years later, at the Domaine.
• 12h00: Aperitif at the Domaine
• 13h00: Lunch at La Briqueterie's restaurant, rewarded of a Michelin star.

• from 195 € per person, upon reservation at La Briqueterie.
• 435 €/person for a one night/2days package, including 4 courses Dinner Gourmet menu, and 3 courses lunch (excluding drinks)

This rate includes the oenologist workshop and lunch at La Briqueterie, on the basis of 3 courses menu, excluding drinks.

A transfer from the hotel to J. de Telmont Champagne House can be arranged upon request.

The Oenologist workshop is open to groups of 4 to 6 people and up to 30 people maximum. From Sunday evening through Saturday morning until October (excluding harvest period generally mid september).
